Project Description
Raktha is the official appointment system for blood donors operated by the National Blood Transfusion Service (NBTS) of Sri Lanka, part of the Ministry of Health. FUVITECH built the platform to take a vital national service online: a clean, reassuring booking experience where donors can register an account, log in and schedule their blood donation at a time that suits them. The interface leads with the NBTS identity and a clear call to action ("Your contribution can save lives. Book your appointment now!"), and supports multiple languages so it serves donors across the country. As a government health-sector system, it was designed around trust, accessibility and reliability, giving the NBTS a dependable digital channel to coordinate donations and helping more Sri Lankans give blood with confidence.
